In a similar way, there are different needs of education recipients and so the education must have a diverse set of options to be offered to the students. Otherwise the chair that is too small for a heave person will break down.
To nurture the academic requirements of children of grade 5to 8, middle level education curriculum are designed. This grade range comprises children of age 10 to 13. This is an age group in which children are to enter the defiant teenage. The syllabus and teaching styles are therefore so planned as to fulfill this age group children needs.
At this age the fundamentals have been set. It is now time the students interests be set on fire and they be placed on the proper track. The teacher is a mentor and he has to be trained not only in teaching and its related activities but also in observing the psychological health of the children and providing counseling when needed. Students become honest and share their feelings with teachers if good communication channel is developed over time.

The challenges of providing valuable education to middle level students who are unmanageable teenagers are really high. The teachers therefore deserve acknowledgement. The policies are old, resources less and troubles from parents and bureaucrats high, but these teachers still perform their duty to their best possible with patience.
